FOR KENYAN LADIES:HOW TO AVOID FACEBOOK HEARTBREAKS

Picture this:
DEAR LADIES, you meet someone online, after a few furious texts via inbox or phone, he keeps pushing you to say you are in love with him or he is in love with you. That should be a red flag. Any person falling in love with alien pictures will never be satisfied nor settle down,it means more exploitation, more admiration more searching and goggling, but if he does that....that's another sign its a trap. You ask yourself hard questions. Who in their right minds falls in love with another person after 2, 3 days or even a week after meeting?.
ladies, stop thinking with your lusty minds. Unless you really want it and so you cant turn around and say you were used. You used each other. Who goes and have sex on a first date? where did 'public places' such as an eatery or even Uhuru Park go to? trust me, if a meeting venue is your house on a first date, Go knowing "i am going to have sex". Period. If on the other hand you think the relationship has potential, Then do not go to his house, and no, dont let him come to your house either. If he dont like it,just tell him, "it has been nice knowing you brother"..because he is not worth your time LADIES. That is because you need a man who has a good characters, values responsible, ready to fight for you and good moral ground, a man who has integrity and a man who watch your back. If he don't, he should go! A woman of integrity and who values herself wouldn't stood that low. unleashing the goods on the first date is extreme horniness, you gotta be a nymphomaniac to pull such.
There are good men out there who are worthy your time.My dearest mum taught me,"you meet people whose character admire/attact yours.if you are a cheat, you will meet a your shadow, and they will also cheat on you.
Bad Men who take good girls' emotions for granted spoil the good image of a few good girls left, while confused women who know that after meeting some stranger, making love must be on day one!!!!, are in for a rude surprise!!!how fast you give out kanyau will depend on what you expect from the relationship. If respect and honor are part of what you expect then itabidi you hold on to your goodies for what to you is reasonable time. However if that doesn't matter to you then no one is judging you ladies.go ahead but be prepared for anything. He will make an opinion and at the end he will choose how he treats you.
If a woman feels like it, she is very free, and so is the man..what is humiliating is character l have described above..man who eat up you, don't bother to even give you bus-fare and then block you on Facebook or block your cellphone number..that is a mind of a very sick man..there should be honor even among thieves.
its your choice how you want to be treated after that first sex encounter ,every decision counts..when you are too quick to lift them legs up, 50/50 chances are he might end up marrying you but be prepared to be called all manner of names because of that oversight view you as a(loose bitch)..i still maintain that you give it time. If he wants you, he will be patient, and when he gets it, he will respect you for good.
if you must be dumped, then let it be after you made him WAIT!!!. All in all some people are just lucky with love matters and some not so lucky. No formula. Whatever works for you, go for it ladies.
Am not being harsh but if you forget cash on your first date,at least carry common sense on such dates.period
Dear ladies, let me end by opening your eyes wide!!!the truth is hidden in knowing Jesus personally. And to know the purpose of something, we must refer to the manufacturer's manual; in this case the thing being ‪#‎man‬ and the maker being God, and the manual/manufacturer's booklet being the Bible.Have a blessed day people.

WHO IS RESPONSBLE PERSON IN KENYA?

This country is in such a big mess because we( people of kenya) are not demanding accountability from particular individual public/state official for abuse of office and or facilitating, aiding or abating violation of law. The government through the ministry of Lands is responsible for title registration and transfer of ownership from sellers to buyers. If the government facilitated the transfers, and continued charging land rates as has been alleged, then it is 100 percent liable. This level of senseless vindictiveness must end if ordinary Wananchi are to gain confidence in the government. I applaud the sober leadership shown by Sen Sonko by stopping these illegal demolitions. Now he should take legislative action to pass a law to deny these ignorant ministers from destroying people's properties without due process in the courts. A government democratically elected by the people is supposed to work for the people, not to oppress the people with punitive and most vindictive bonehead measures. There must be a better way than to repeatedly destroy Wananchi properties while the corrupt, fat and stupid bosses who sold public land are promoted to greener pastures to steal more from the public,Now we should ask ourselves; Who signed the title deeds for the land in question?
That land belongs to the ministry of agriculture. But corrupt mandarins in the Kenya ministry of lands changed the title & in cahoots with wheeler dealers at the NSSF sold the land to NSSF. NSSF on the other hand sold the land to Winners Chapel and other developers. The church bought 15 acres of land and started constructing a mega church. The church building is a work-in-progress, but the owners have already infused KS.1B in its construction! How will they get a redress. senator Sonko did what was supposed to be done. They should start by compensating this people!

Away from land,Which officer authorized and signed official documents for the Anglo-leasing companies?
Kenya is also facing terrorism problems and the West is busy evacuating its citizens.... but, blaming the West for not sharing 'intelligence' on terrorism is stooping too low to admit lack of intelligence on our part as Kenyans... the very act of blaming the West for our own failures is evidence enough that we are still slaves who are addicted to being colonized.... diversifying tourism is a possible solution but that is no solution in the short-term... threatening to 'import' tourists from China is a populist and dumb reactionary tact devoid of any rational intelligence ... but, diversifying when you are actively chasing a huge population of already existing tourists away is utter nonsense... furthermore, even if tourism remained unaffected, it is not sufficient to shore up a badly managed economy...
MISMANAGEMENT HAS NEVER BEEN SOLVED BY POURING MORE RESOURCES ONTO IT but finding solutions to remove it.... for those who think CBK can save the falling shilling, let them know that there is a limit upon which CBK can manipulate the currency... it is not that CBK is more intelligent than the Central Bank of Zimbabwe... when the economy fails, the currency falls... this is the natural law of economics....
Can West be blamed for those dying of hunger in Baringo?... well, not so, but another excuse has been devised to blame the 'poor' season... 'poor' season is a natural occurrence across the globe... how intelligent and wise a man is depends on how he is able to learn and effectively take advantage of seasons to his benefit... 50 years down the line, we cannot continue anchoring our survival on erratic rains... well, the problem of starvation in Baringo is not lack of food per se, but a problem of poverty... yes, poverty of mismanagement and missed priorities.... if the government can release 1.4Billion kenyan shillings to ghosts, wouldn't this have been sufficient to save people of Baringo who are contributors to this 1.4B?... no excuse whatsoever for government's failure....

WHY AFRICA IS NOW TURNING INSECURE,EXPECT HUNGER AND ANGER IN AFRICA.

Insecurity in Africa has gone a notch higher as never seen before. Tribalism, nepotism, cronyism and all form ism are reigning our beloved nations. Inflation is putting on it's shoes as hunger and anger prepare to arrive.China on other is taking advantage of our divisive tribal politic to deprive us our national resources. there is no difference between what is going on in Nigeria,Kenya,Southern Sudan and Uganda, Nigeria has a cabinet from one tribe, same problem with Kenya, same in Sudan and Uganda,in Nigeria the Poorest states in Nigeria and Educationally backward areas in Nigeria are in the North. Now, ask yourself, what is the problem of the Northerners? same problem with central kenyan residents.

So that people can understand the reason for Tribal African countries goverment going East is now clear lets me use Kenya as an example-when kibaki was president, the Chinese promised Kibaki a cement factory to be called Savannah Cement which is to be worth kshs 8billion.its under construction.they are now promising Uhuru a fertilizer/oil transport company worth 10billion in exchange for giving them deals.while in Nigeria Uhuru did a deal with some Nigerian oil company which would give him 52% stake in exchange for them taking up the Kenyan oil business when we start commercialization.in Russia he made a deal with a company which would give him 34.6% stake in some fertilizer business they intend to set up in Rift Valley.there are also plans to insure the standard gauge railway under an insurance company run by the Kenyattas that operates in Germany.NOW YOU KNOW

KENYA SHOULD OVERHAUL NIS AGENTLY FOR SECURITY TO IMPROVE

kenya's NIS officers are sons and daughters of the rich with fat belly. They cant mingle with poor People yet huko ndiko crimes hupangwa. Its high time the NIS officers to be drawn from the Regular police AP,GSU,or NYS.NIS ceased working when graduates, relatives of top politicians and unknown foreigners were only selected to work in NIS hata field-craft hawajui, they feel bossy and do nothing at all but tracking down their political enemies , little they do is investigate police officers and update on petty issues..... wake people!!!!!.

Do you believe sons and daughters of rich in Kenya, and in terms of pocket depth will sacrifice their own life to gather Intelligence in slums, rainy, night, forests, deserts or in harsh conditions? Never!!!!. How can you recruit a civilian to gather information with No clue on how to analyze facts and distil lies, rumors and truth in order to arrive at a conclusive judgement to pass on to enforcement agencies. E.g if u say Nairobi will be hit and Nbi is a Province/region/county with a large tract in Sq km2 and with a Population of over 10million people?the more reason you also need training in intelligence and BCT.when you are told of possible attacks in two days time, what do you do? I think you protect the hotspots-mostly crowded areas which to me the NIS fails to get and give intel on time.l again blame NIS since if they knew exactly where, they would have made public news instead worked with the executive and top brass police to foil it(By then its late, you cant avert),the news must be broken faster to all chain of command and the public, for easy combat safety of the public.

NIS suppose to make the police proactive? A weak intelligence service means police will forever be reactive.

During Moi's era special branch delivered but today NIS works on probability or certainty, they don't even disclose serious alerts, concerns or issues to the law enforcement agents or general public.
Its more than obvious Nairobi and mombasa is under threats. You don't have to have gone to school to know that. Terrorists do alot of surveillance and intelligence before they act and we need to counter. Thats need a strong body that will give specifics.this group [NIS] need to be disbanded and we get back to SPECIAL BRANCH UNIT OF KENYA POLICE..GD. and mix with few Recce and blend APs .. and things will get fixed.

NIS is just a blunt ineffective fat cow draining public coffers. In those front areas, they are best known for booze, rope in a defunct CID signals . kenyans you are on your own. but kudos to those Gd(macrew) giving their everything. We miss the special branch.... just like the KGB.. they dwelt on real time, Intel.... remained anonymous... and went overboard to protect the interest of this nation.... How far is NIS willing to go to protect us? To me **sick**they are not ready or willing. a bunch of rumor mongering elites following Raila Odinga instead of Intel... we should differentiate intelligence and journalism.Intelligence collection need to be enhance, officers concern should blend with the locals in order to complete the so called intelligence circle.

24 HOUR ECONOMY IS THE ONLY VALID ANSWER MR UHURU KENYATTA,NOT CUTTING WAGE BILL!!

The government should know the current civil servants would not even be expensive to maintain if they just got creative with their utilization. We have technocrats in government who are afraid to think, afraid to dream and afraid to try, 2014 public service does not need such negativity,That is why the best they can think of, is about cutting the wage bill , to cut salaries, freeze employment and retrench..such old 1998 HRM strategies.we are in 21 century, and SRC must accept these.Unfortunately technocrats in the Civil service are acting like dead wood, no dynamism, no creativity..just happy with the status quo,Imagine if KRA would ensure all their services are available 24 hours a day, time, stress and costs!! that would save Kenyans a lot,Mind you for there to be night shift in govtment there is no need for further employment, Parastatals and civil service are bloated as they are.TSC, NHIF, NSSF ,MED BOARD,CLINICAL BOARD,KMLTTB,VETERINARY BOARD,NYAYO HOUSE,IMMIGRATION,REGISTRATION OF BIRTH AND DEATH NURSING COUNCIL, all these offices always jammed during the day....just introduce night shift and see efficiency rise 100% in 6 months.

Look at how much time Immigration waste in the morning as their staff get ready, shift work would mean seamless uninterrupted operations,The Judiciary wastes hours in the morning preparing for cases, imagine if that would start at night and cases kick off at exactly 8AM,The AG's office for example is a nightmare esp when registering businesses, imagine what 24 hrs operations in that office could do?That would mean you save almost 2 days and other costs to access the same service,Supermarkets, petrol stations, hotels etc are also evidence that you do not need to run an office for 8 hrs then shut down for 16 hrs,Government must learn from the private sector especially the Manufacturing Industry on how shift work and night operations can work efficiently,There is no reason for example clerical work in government offices should not be done at night without distractions.

Both national and county Government just needs to provide necessary security at night...even the daytime road traffic would reduce with offices opening even at night. There is no Justification for 700,000 civil servants who all work 8am -5pm with a 1 hour lunch break then all head home..that is wastage,The govt can start shift work and night services with the #HudumaKenya centers which would make them serve twice or more Kenyans in a day.If Lands offices would embrace shift work and night services getting a title deed would stop being a process but an event. If Immigration offices for example were to embrace shift work it would mean your ID processing can move from 1 month to max 2 weeks.

It does not make sense to make Kenyans wait for services for long just because we run offices 8am-5pm and waste all the other night hours, you have never seen lethargy, laziness and sheer inefficiency? visit ministry offices in the former Provincial/District/Divisional Headquarters.
Currently if I want to access services in a govt office I would need to take leave from work which is totally absurd and wasteful,Now that the govt has merged ministries, they can use the excess staff to introduce shift work and night services instead of retrenchment, still some services in KRA which need physical presence will only be accessed between morning 8am-9pm?Using the same number of civil servants and even operating up to midnight would mean same number produces 50% more at same cost,Then why not make Kenya a 24 hours economy? pay civil servants per hours,,,pay people according to work load, no wastage of money or time, Government should stop blanket salary like saying kshs 100,000 per month.

There is no reason a #HudumaKenya centre should close at 5pm yet they can be open even at night for me to sort out my issues after work,Govt is looking at shrinking money instead of improving efficiency and service delivery at same cost!!Shift work esp in Govt would mean we can even walk into public offices at night and still access services.
The other stupidity with this govt is it thinks going online helps all Kenyans,90% of HR Practitioners in govt need refresher training and if they are already getting that, need electricity shock to wake their brains up
70%+ can not read, write or access internet services.Even if you take all govt services online how have you helped the majority of rural Kenyans who have never even seen a computer? no electricity?

Efficiency and easy access to govt services would cut corruption by 70% coz you would not need to bribe to have things 'fast tracked'
Nothing makes anyone look and sound so stupid as trying to justify every mistake made by the government just because you work for it, we all do!
Unfortunately UHURU KENYATTA does not take advice or give feedback, they are happy to stay stuck in mud!!!!

Mars Group Kenya Audit Report on 2013 Kenyan Presidential Election Results

Mars Group Kenya Audit Report on 2013 Kenyan Presidential Election Results
Audit Methodology
All Form 34 documents audited are in the public domain and were released by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) on its official website in April 2013. The IEBC told the Supreme Court that ALL the Form 34’s from all polling streams were available on its website. An Audit of the Form 34’s on the IEBC website reveals that 2,585 forms are missing.
The results as published in the available Form 34’s were recorded in the Audit as follows;
Total number of registered voters for the polling station.
Number of spoilt ballot papers.
Total number of votes cast.
Number of rejected votes.
Number of disputed votes.
Number of rejection objected to votes.
Total number of valid votes cast.
The results for valid votes cast in favour of each candidate.
The audit captures whether the Presiding Officer, Deputy Presiding Officer and the Political Parties Agents duly signed the Form 34 and also captures any alterations. Once the data was captured, we then independently tallied the figures to see if they added up at the stream level. The totals were then aggregated upwards to ward, constituency, county and finally national level.
Kenya Presidential Election 2013 National Audit Overview
The Following was audited:
Constituencies 291
Counties 48
Wards 1,454
Polling Stations 24,622
Polling Streams 32,095
Findings:
2,585 out of 32,095 polling streams were missing Form 34’s on the Official IEBC website and therefore the results and votes of the missing streams were not included in the Audit.

Total Missing Forms 2,585
The Audit identified discrepancies between the Presidential tally announced by the IEBC and the figures computed from the Form 34 sheets made public by the IEBC. We do note however, that whereas the missing stream Form 34s may reduce the overall discrepancy in county election result; the Form 34 discrepancies suggests a serious tallying problem that could alter the official final National Presidential vote tally per candidate that was announced by the IEBC.
The Audit discrepancies noted hereunder relate to internal errors detected within the Form 34 documents that were examined (a total of 29,510 out of 32,095 Form 34s were examined).
VALID votes: 848 Form 34s have discrepancies – Audited votes cast per candidate do not tally with the Total Number of Valid Votes cast as recorded on Form 34.
CAST votes: 2,140 Form 34s have discrepancies – Audited cast votes (audited valid votes + number of rejected votes) do not tally with the Total Number of Votes Cast as recorded on Form 34.
REGISTERED voters 51 Form 34s have discrepancies: The Total Number of Votes Cast as recorded in Form 34 exceeds the Total Number of Registered Voters in 51 Polling Streams.
The Audit of the available form 34’s revealed that the Official results for the Presidential Election as announced by the IEBC cannot be correct unless the missing 2,585 Form 34s contain the following VALID VOTES cast for each Candidate as follows:
Summary of Votes per candidate
CANDIDATE VOTES
Mohamed Abduba Dida 3,611
Martha Wangari Karua 4,238
Peter Kenneth 5,875
Uhuru Kenyatta 360,370
James Legilisho Kiyiapi 3,879
Musalia Mudavadi 96,293
Paul Kibugi Muite 1,949
Raila Odinga 467,305
Total Votes 943,520
The distribution of missing forms by county and details of number of votes each candidate MUST HAVE from the missing 2,585 Form 34s for the IEBC announced results to be correct and valid are tabulated below:
Recommendations:
To IEBC: The only way to confirm that the IEBC's tally is correct, and therefore valid is to allow independent scrutiny of the 2,585 missing Form 34s. It is in the public interest that IEBC account for the 943,520 votes ostensibly contained in the 2,585 Form 34s which have not been made public. We strongly recommend that for the sake of public confidence in the IEBC's conduct of the 2013 Presidential Election, the IEBC, in the public interest, should immediately make available for scrutiny the 2,585 stream Form 34 documents listed at this link: 2,585 missing Form 34s.
To IEBC: The audit reveals widely disparate standards in the recording of results in Form 34 by presiding officers. The future contracting of presiding officers who served in the 2013 elections should be predicated on an assessment of the accuracy of their work in 2013. The audit has been able to capture presiding officers who should not in any future election work for IEBC, and those whose work is commendable.
To Parliament: It has taken Mars Group over 4 months to scrutinise and analyse the Form 34s available to it; yet Presidential petitions must be lodged within 14 days of an election. There is need to revisit the Constitutional provisions prescribing the period for lodging and hearing of presidential petitions.

Jicho Pevu crew TO EXPOSE how Uhuru rigged ELECTIONS!

FINALLY, BIG-BALLS Jicho Pevu crew TO EXPOSE how Uhuru rigged ELECTIONS!
**********************************************

Finally BIG-BALLS Jicho Pevu duo of John Allan Namu and Mohammed Ali are to expose what exactly happened in the night of 4th March 2013 and all other events that led to declaring Uhuru president elect.

With Uhuru Propaganda machine having infiltrated major media houses including the Standard Media group, question abound as to what the expose will be about, will it be a Uhuru cleansing series/episode? most likely YES, but heeeey these two boys have done a good job before, no need to doubt.

The timing of the programme is great as it will divert attention from Uhuru’s misguided pay cut campaign for public service employees.

In the expose we hope to read how at the Supreme Court a very Pregnant Njoki Ndungu made sure she is part of dark history by delaying her overdue maternity leave to instead join some 5 people in a hypocritical presidential petition …
