How Kimaiyo abused office in appointing county commanders in unconstitutional manner.

FOR THE RECORD: lam convinced a commission to suspend kimayo is in the offing ....Kavuludi should offer this divinity graduate lessons on policing.
The real issue in this matter is the existence of tribalism among senior officers, and protecting Kenya's grand corruption.
kimayo is secretly sabotaging National police commission REFORMS in a bid to strengthen and protect police statuesque. on other hands we have parliament that is corrupt, power hungry, tribal and ready to be paid by the executive to pass any bills and laws that favors the executive , in the past three month they have maliciously  stamped on every cabinet secretary  nominee president uhuru forwarded to parliament for scrutiny, barely a month later it has been established majority of those cabinet secretaries have either worse history as public servants,or not fit to be cabinet secretary, for instance how does a cook head country national security? how did kamenya pass the integrity test yet PCEA university has serious allegations on him? It is about junior officers feeling they are being ruled by 1 tribe(quarter system)big question is who between Kavuludi & Kimaiyo is trying to promote tribalism & who is fighting it?
