LETTER TO NPSC MR KAVULUNDI ON DEATH OF KENYA POLICE REFORMS

MR KAVULUDI- Most problems in this country are caused by public servants who are COWARDS and also DISHONEST.the other day you had a meeting with ole Lenku at which you should have laid bare your issues and concerns against Kimaiyo.

 someone PLEASE tell me what were the reform credentials of one Mr kimaiyo before being appointed the Inspector general of police? can someone tell me where is kavulundi and the national police commission when kimaiyo is breaking the law and appointing county police bosses unilaterally and against the law?. 

From here we can clearly see ominous dark clouds hanging over kenya. kenya is slowly moving back to the pre new katiba days where moi used to rule through total subservience and his words were law. since uhuru and Ruto swore to protect the new katiba can they comment on kimaiyos actions now?

You could have actually done that before the cameras.but because you belong to this school of thought which indicates that people have to be "diplomatic' and 'civilized' and should not air dirty linen in public, you wasted your opportunity and thereby played into the hands of those who are messing you up.running 'sideline' stories in the press will not help your cause. the only solution is to go public.if you cant and decide to be a coward, you become part of the problem and will go down with people who lost their reputations ages ago
