Did they apply for the positions?
Do they meet chapter six cut off?
What are their qualification\merit and past record?
Are they degree graduates with what course?
Honestly kavulundi should disown that list,its unlawful and unacceptable
Kenya will never change impunity.This is an agent of status quo.....Kenya police seriously need somebody from outside police.kimaiyo has just confirms .. he cant cure impunity..indeed old school remains old school!
Constitution which is supreme says:
(3) The Commission shall—
(a) recruit and appoint persons to hold or act in offices in the
service, confirm appointments, and determine promotions
and transfers within the National Police Service;
(b) observing due process, exercise disciplinary control over
and remove persons holding or acting in offices within the
