KENYA'S DEVOLVED CORRUPTION IN COUNTIES GOVERMENT: CHOICES HAVE CONSEQUENCES

He might reach vision 2030 by 2017 Governor Alfred Mutua's running away with the prize. He's in Dubai wooing investors while the likes of Ranguma are sleeping in 5 star hotels! doing nothing in their counties.

FOR THE RECORD: CHOICES HAVE CONSEQUENCES; the consequence of electing Lusaka is inviting poverty .
WHAT A GOVERNOR!!!!I think Ken Lusaka owe kenyans serious explanation imagine a whole Kshs 10 million for Roads and Kshs 8 million for conflict resolution and Kshs 22 million for foreign trips this is the most useless budget l have ever come across if this is to be implemented may God deal with you Ken ruthlessly because you are killing a whole generation and generations.

For A long period of time I have harbored the thought that all western and Nyanza counties governors were not supposed to be elected; The Kisumu governor started it off on bad not, yesterday a father to my best friend and long time friend (Ken Lusaka) just made me think power corrupts good morals.

How on earth can one buy a speakers regalia at 1 Million, I have just confirmed with Nyegenye the clerk of one of the houses that the speakers regalia from India costs 50k at most, How can a governor have an entertainment allowance of 53 million how on earth!! is he the former Italian Prime Minister, whom will he be entertaining, let me assume he will be entertaining everybody in the county.

How can a county such as Bungoma (small region with no electricity, Analogue)allocate 55 million to the war against pornography,? how on earth a county facing teething security problems have such misplaced priorities?...a county that has dilapidated infrastructure allocates 100 million to build the governors palace,...the governor's office budget is 50 million as office expense.... ,aaaah.ksh.130,000 per day on sodas and tea for committee.this is unacceptable

These owe us explanation.they need to rationalize the budget properly and set the priorities-----am sure beyond any reasonable doubt that western counties will regret why we had devolution as kikuyus will be laughing at us----now they are coming to western to bribe the governors and get the tenders-----sometimes I regret being a Luhya---when you approach this governors and tell them to give you the tenders they will preffer to give the tenders to kikuyus ----hahahaha waluhya wangu truly a tower of Babel...

The Bungoma Governor is turning out to be a big joke. It has allocated KSHS 57milion  for entertainment, KSHS 1million for his regalia and KSHS 50Million to fight pornography.

Governor Ongwae of kisii lives in a 500.000 kshs a month hotel as a residence is being put up.he wants all Boda Bodas, hawkers and prostitutes to pay taxes first,or be arrested and fined for 'stepping into town' after paying.

This is a self righteous, pompous prick, who does not have the interest of the community at heart. This know it all attitude is a malady that affects people who have worked in Government and the forces like him and Kinuthia. They are used to giving orders and have an anathema for consultations.

Another one is the Kisumu Governor who thinks buying Prado's VX  is the most brilliant idea under the sun. Even if he was to buy Prado's, why should he buy them from DT Dobie.?
Kidero on the other hand, furnishes his office with over 60M and is always on the lookout for PR dinners and lunches, upuzi wa hali ya juu .Some of these Government. have elevated themselves to Demigods. A very sad state of affairs.

The people if Kenya are actually doomed. the counties mentioned have a highly density population of people living in poverty but the elected governors think their prestige matters more than the welfare of their constituents. what will a Prado do for kisumu,? who are these that need to be entertained with 50million kshs in Bungoma.? will an expensive office in.Nairobi make kidero work better or luxuriously? .....Kenya was handed to the devil along time ago..something is totally wrong.

kenyans need to be smarter than this.don't elect an individual because he comes from your area or he is rich or because he had a lavish campaign..

Kenyans have to learn to scrutinize the people they elect more.
