The President will reinforce the importance that the United States
places deep and growing ties with countries in sub-Saharan Africa,
including through expanding economic growth, investment, and trade;
strengthening democratic institutions; and investing in the next
generation of African leaders.
Analysts say such trips are common for US presidents after they are relieved of the pressure of domestic campaigning.
Some may say this is irrelevant. Vital questions follow: How many Kenyans queue DAILY for US or Shen-gen visas and why ???? Are these Kenyans all fools?? Why is the word "diaspora" so important in the current regime? Finally what % of this diaspora are from UK, USA and Shen-gen countries?? It's just simple reality.
Well, when the former US Under Secretary for Africa
warned Kenyans that decisions have consequences some thought he was
contradiction the US President. Now it should be clear to all and sundry
that, unlike the currently rudderless British Prime Minister, the US
President is focused. By skipping Kenya and visiting neighboring
Tanzania Mr. Obama is sending a clear message that Kenyans made the wrong
choices and have to live with the consequences. And I agree.
But don't worry lousy mouth kenyans!! Even if Obama does not come to Kenya, Mugabe and Museveni cant wait to come and visit their sweet friends kikuyu and kalenjins.
