Raila given full state honor in renewed democracy of Coted ivoire.

President Alassane Outtarra bid the Rt Hon Raila Odinga farewell yesterday with full state honors following a two day visit to Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
The former Prime Minister arrived back in the country at 4:58am to a warm reception by supporters at the JKIA, Nairobi. Following a grueling week-long overseas trip to promote his Pan African Foundation and source partnerships for Kenya, Raila Odinga is back to continue serving the people at home.
The Rt Hon Raila Odinga also met former President Benjamin Mkapa of Tanzania at the sidelines of the Emerging Markets Forum in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

Key on the agenda was the former Prime Minister's Pan African Foundation that will be centered on economic, technological, social and political empowerment of the African people.
