As a true son of my community & a real zeal son of soil,May I  trash that National Aids Control Council report to its last dot.1st under the current constitution pegged on a county system there is nothing called Nyanza(only in the mind NACC) & that insinuation alone is a pointer that the report was based on VOODOO research or research done thru "smokes & mirrors",meaning the research must have either been conducted with 1.jujitsu or not so sophisticated mindsets 2.Evil minds out to tar the communities high sense of nationalism & pride & 3.just for hypothetical purposes the former Nyanza is a host to 4 predominant communities;Luos,Kisiis,Kurias,Luo-abasuba & luhyias.

Where is SPECIFICITY?I thus find that report replete with ambiguity, vagueness & the author must be a virgin on matters academia/research.He/she must have boaded a moonship of odium to nowhere in the his/her futile attempt to soil the reputation of the commonwealth from Kisii,Nyamira, Kisumu,Migori,Homabay & Siaya counties.But I can bet where this report was targeting, as a Luo my I remind those liliputs that luos are "polygamous" and love "good things",we have a special connection with the "oil wells". Thus I find that report Null & Void Ab Initio.

To me its stinks the skunk of mischief,hate in fact extreme hate & the authors must be svengali or devil incarnates out to Tar my very community which has produced a horde of eminent sons;from Barak Obama the President f the words Powerful country,to Raila Odinga the Grandfather of democracy in East & Central Africa,Luos being gays? those must be "COBWEB" Luos or luos whose mothers imported them into the luo community simply call the Immigrants.We need a forensic probe into that report#research.on.trial.
