william Ruto is against Devolution.he voted NO to new constitituon.

Ruto feeling the heat of the peoples who insists on devolution

He was crying loudly in lamentations saying.

"Our government is not FIGHTING DEVOLUTION whatsoever.What we have realized is that CORD Alliance is taking advantage of the SENATE and is using some members(Wako,Wetangula and Hassan Omar) to undermine the government of Uhuru Kenyatta for some SELFISH and MALEVOLENT gains.We are therefore asking all Jubilee supporters not to be caught up in the confusion and be used by elements of RAILA ODINGA"

But the truth is that before election that same William Ruto campaigned against devolution in the New Constitution, while Uhuru's father killed devolution in 1963.

Every Kenyan must join in on this debate on Devolution.

We have fought too long for devolution to allow it to fail. All developed countries have adopted devolved governments for better service delivery and economic development. Small government is efficient government, large government is wasteful and hence, bad government.

We must allow resources to trickle out to every corner of Kenya- every Kenyan must enjoy being Kenya

 There are forces out there to derail the process(Gilliam Ruto)but there are also greater forces in support of devolution- that is you, the kenyan wanainchi. we must uplift our country and counties.

Devolution and police reforms will forever remain Raila best achievement. and people such as Ruto can-never ever take it away.
