PAINFULL DEATH OF KENYA POLICE REFORM UNDER KIMAYO &MPS!!

Why would  Mps be pushing for the amendments of the National Police Service Act 2011?...is it meant so as to give  more powers to IGP and why? (Is Kenya back to Dictatorship rule)....However CORD Members of Parliament (MPs) say they will shoot down such amendments proposed by
the state on the National Police Service Commission.
The MPs say that they cannot allow the country revert the old ways where a police chief wielded immense powers.
They described the impending amendments as retrogressive and unconstitutional saying the
constitution clears stipulates the roles of both the commission and that of
Inspector General.
while JUBILEE leader of majority Aden Duale has said that they will support the amendment of the National police service Act.

Is this some of the underground plans and fights by drug-lords,economical criminals,Terrorists chiefs, land grabbers, corrupt figures in Government, to water down and kill the much gains we have under the new constitution? Are these schemes simply wanted by some dark forces to start using the IGP in shielding or protecting them from truth and justice??could it be that the current regime is scheming at bringing down the new constitution and misusing the police service therefore expect no positive reforms in in the National police service?
With commissioner Kimayo at helm ,Then i think there is no need for the police reforms..the IGP is just another commissioner of police with another insignia..in fact am suspecting that rogue police officers ,like Waiganjo is officially a big burden to Kenyans!!, At this rate its becoming harder to tell between who is genuine police officers and who is not? there is no single difference between waiganjo and these commissioner of police.
Anyone pretending that the Kenya IG of police need a lot of power to manage the force effectively. is seriously an alligator out of the water telling you to help or aid a sickly crocodile, surely will u doubt his story? If they amend the laws as it is,Then the NPSC will just be like a puppet and it has shown in the past, just like in the Ramsey recommendation report :Too much power will be abused when its vested to one person best example check the  Prison commissioner who has such powers, which are open to abuse through skewed transfers.
Kenya Government  and parliament should give police, better housing, insurance, modern equipment, modern technology, adequate money, and not powers the lowest paid officer should be earn at around kshs 70,0000.

On this one ,its no longer about cord and jubilee its about the welfare of officers, checks and balances of their superiors, professionalism n not to forget misuses of officers by issuing of unlawful orders.
