IS KENYA BACK TO DICTATORSHIP RULE?

Those of us who have stretched our sight beyond our nose and visualized the return of one party state and dictatorship in Kenya should now wake up to the fact that, this is real and in advanced stage.

Leaders in Kenya/world over shoot to fame in one way or the other, but majority of them do so through None Governmental Organization ''NGOs''. According to trending dispensation, NGOs are no longer in existence. They now feature in a new outfit as PBOs ''Public Benefit Organizations''.

During Former President Moi's regime, whenever an organization, Institution or Company changed its name, it was bent to be thrashed and halted. The Attorney General Githu Muigain seem employing this tactics at State Law House Chambers for the sake of absolute power for Uhuru Kenyatta.

It is now a living fact that, a clause in the act of parliament governing PBOs ''Public Benefit Organizations'' in Kenya was change or altered or inserted to ''prohibit'' PBOs from participation in political matters of the land. The changes seemingly took place on this law at The Attorney General State Law Chambers, or on the way to Government Printers House, or at The Government Printers House.

Denying Public Benefit Organizations PBOs, popularly known as NGOs,
authority to participate in political matters of the land is like castrating a 18 years old man then allow him to begin a family.

NGOs ( PBOs) played and are playing major role in sensitization and education to masses in Kenya on governance beside charity. It can not so happen that, they are now being confined to a corner, castrated and without biting teeth.
